FAQs

When can I start if I’m pregnant?

You can join our prenatal classes at any stage of your pregnancy, as long as you have medical clearance from your healthcare provider. Our programs are designed to adapt to each trimester and your individual needs.

Can I join if I wasn’t exercising before pregnancy?

Yes! Our classes are beginner-friendly and guided by a certified pre- and postnatal fitness coach. We’ll meet you where you are and help you safely build strength, energy, and confidence.

How soon after giving birth can I start?

You can begin our Postpartum Core Rehab sessions as early as a few days after birth (depending on your recovery). We focus first on gentle breathing and pelvic floor activation before progressing to strength training.

Do I have to be a mom to attend?

Not at all! While we specialize in pre- and postnatal fitness, many of our classes—like strength training and core mobility—are suitable for any woman who wants a safe, supportive, and science-based workout environment.

Is it too late to join if I had my baby years ago?

It’s never too late! Even if it’s been months or years since your last pregnancy, you can benefit from rebuilding your core, improving pelvic floor health, and strengthening your body with our programs.

What equipment do I need?

We provide all the equipment you’ll need at the studio—mats, resistance bands, balls, blocks, and more. Just bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and your energy!

How long are the classes?

Most group classes last between 45 and 60 minutes. Our Core Rehab small-group programs and private sessions are tailored to your schedule and needs.

Can I attend if I have diastasis recti (ab separation)?

Yes! Our Core Rehab program and many of our classes are specifically designed for women with diastasis. We focus on deep core activation, safe progressions, and functional strength that supports real recovery.

Can I bring my baby to class?

You’re welcome to bring your baby to our Core Rehab sessions and private sessions. These settings are designed to accommodate moms who may need to pause and care for their little ones.
For our group classes, due to limited space, we ask that you attend without your baby so you can focus fully on your workout and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
