Core Programs
Strengthen your body from the inside out with our specialized pre & postnatal core and pelvic floor programs. Designed to prevent and heal diastasis recti, lower back pain, incontinence, and other common dysfunctions, these science-based programs focus on rebuilding deep core strength, improving posture, and restoring confidence in movement—so you can feel supported and strong through pregnancy, recovery, and beyond.
Core Programs require a minimum of two participants to begin. If the minimum is not met, clients may choose to wait for the next group or to upgrade to a private program.
