Core Programs
Our Core Programs are designed to help you rebuild strength, restore core function, and reconnect with your body in a safe and intentional way—whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or years into motherhood. These programs are ideal to treat diastasis, lower back pain, pelvic pain, joint pain, and other common dysfunctions.
Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am or 12:00pm.
Small Group Format
Each group includes a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 moms to ensure personalized attention, proper form correction, and individualized guidance throughout your program.
How Groups Work
Groups open as soon as at least 2 students are enrolled. We’ll contact you to confirm your start date.
