$40.00

Pregnancy + Postpartum Specialty Workshop

Does it hurt when you walk, roll over in bed, climb stairs, get in and out of the car, or exercise?

Pubic and pelvic discomfort can show up during pregnancy and postpartum — and simply avoiding movement isn’t always the answer.

In this 60-minute specialty workshop, you’ll learn more about what may be contributing to your discomfort and practical strategies to help you move with more support, stability, and confidence.

During this 60-minute workshop, we’ll cover:

Understanding Pubic Pain
Why pubic and pelvic discomfort may happen during pregnancy and postpartum and what can contribute to your symptoms.

Movement Modifications
Simple changes to everyday movements like getting out of bed, walking, stairs, getting in and out of the car, and exercise.

Support + Stability Strategies
